Installing a New Babyfeel Refill Is Easy Open Installing a New Babyfeel Refill is as easy as 1-2-3. Press the front button to open pail top. Lift pail top to remove empty cartridge. Slide Slide a new Babyfeel Refill over the empty cartridge. Once the Refill is in place, remove the paper band. Pull Pull the outer layer of the Refill in an upward motion.
