[Answer]: AVE-L10 is suitable for use on low-medium pile carpet. It is capable of up to 0.78inch of climb height. Do note that AVE has smart function to adjust to MAX suction power on carpet for DEEPER cleaning. There are times I don't seem to get the robot position right to recharge when directly placed back on charging base. How do I adjust ? [Answer]: It could be due to incorrect positioning, resulting in non-contact of the charging plates of the base. Please manually adjust the robot position till the charging plates are in good contact. You can also try the following: 1. Please ensure that the both base and robot is powered on. 2. Place the robot just a short distance away from base and use the APP function "recharge" to make robot return and dock at the base for recharge. The robot would take care of the positioning alignment. Instructions for AVE-L10 Robot Vacuum First Time Use IMPORTANT : A) Please ensure that AVE Robot Vacuum is given a full charge before using it for any cleaning or testing purpose. Not doing so may result in the robot vacuum draining out its internal battery and shut down completely. In this case, you are to recharge the AVE robot. B) AVE is to be setup and configured with the given APP according to the instructions in the user manual. This step is to be completed before using AVE for any cleaning purpose so that the robot is paired first with your controlling APP. C) Not following the above guidelines may result in APP not able to interface with AVE. A completely drained out AVE robot will remain shut down or suspended until you give it a charge for a period of time. At this time, this will re- activate its internal system operation and will resume with its LED indicators turning on. Charging base and AVE-L10 Robot The charging base serves as the home station for AVE-L10. AVE Robot will return to this base for recharge when low on power. Do note that the charging base is powered on during AVE operating time. How to recharge the robot manually ? 1. Setup the charging base and switch on power. 2. Place robot on the charging base and make sure that the charging plates are in good contact. 3. The LED indicator will start blinking (status as charging). 4.
