How to perform factory reset? When ZE3000 is not working as expected, please perform a factory reset. Please make sure that the charging case is adequately charged.Place both earbuds into the charging case.Touch and hold the touch panel on both sides for more than 10 seconds until the LED indicators blink in Purple 3 times. Release your finger.The earbuds will blink in Blue for a few seconds and then automatically entering pairing mode with the LED indicator flashing between Blue and Red. The reset is now complete. How to turn OFF the power of earbuds? Please make sure that the charging case is adequately charged.Place the earbud to be turned OFF into the charging case.The LED indicator of the earbud will light up in Blue for around 3 seconds.
