(including time playback and file playback) About PTZ Camera Humanoid Auto Tracking 1.How to enable humanoid tracking on the APP? Please open the Camhipro app> Click to enter the camera> Swipe the bottom half of the interface to the third page> Click the preset position button> Enter the number 67> Click call or transfer button (Note: no need to click the setting button) 2. After completing the humanoid tracking, will the ptz wifi camera automatically return to the original position? Yes, the camera will automatically return to the original position about 10 seconds after the tracking is completed. 3. How to change the original position of humanoid tracking? After finding another position that needs humanoid tracking, enter the preset number 67 again and click call/transfer button. At this time, the camera will be in another position to humanoid tracking and will not return to the previous location. 4. After the humanoid tracking function is turned on, why the camera always returns to the original position when I use the camera's ptz function manually? Reason: After triggering the humanoid tracking function, the camera's command will automatically return the camera to the original position. Solution: (1) Firstly, call or transfer the preset 68 to turn off the humanoid tracking function, and then use the camera's PTZ function manually.
