It is 100% new handmade with CR grade 3mm Neoprene. The whole set weights around 5 lbs, unlike other so called neoprene or NeoSupreme with lightweight cheap quality. We use the same CR grade Neoprene material from wetsuit with water resistance, dirt proof, sand-proof, snow-proof, dog proof. The seat covers can just put on the original seat like a glove.
