It is carefully polished to preserve natural forms, greased with the author's composition of oil-wax, without any chemistry, and polished by hand. This is what gives it such a silky surface. There is a special cork layer on the bottom to protect the furniture from scratches. Beautifully decorates the space on its own and in compositions.
