The integrated LED light source uses 30% less power to produce the same amount of light as fluorescent ceiling lighting. The LED light source is built-in-to the troffer, you don't have to replace bulbs ever. Because it's LED, you will never hear the hum that fluorescent fixtures make. This commercial lighting troffer uses only 40-Watt to provide 4400 Lumens of bright white 4000K CCT light and is compatible with 0-Volt to 10-Volt dimmers. The sturdy frame is easy to handle and installs directly into a grid ceiling using the built-in T-bar clips. The prismatic lens sits flush to the ceiling and distributes the light evenly. These troffers are built to last for 50,000-hours and come with a 5-year warranty. They are UL Listed and IC rated for contact with insulation and can be installed in damp locations. These troffers are DLC Listed to qualify
