The CAP 5-Foot Solid Olympic Bar in Chrome is constructed from high-quality solid cold rolled steel with a chromed finish and is designed for balance and long-lasting performance. This bar Features medium-depth diamond knurled handgrips giving the user a secure, non-slip grip when going heavy. The length between the sleeves measures 37” and has a 28mm handgrip diameter. Each sleeve has a loadable length of 9.75” to accommodate Olympic weight plates with a 2-inch center hole. The sleeves with bushings are designed to rotate, reducing pressure on the forearms and wrists. Made to be compact in length, this bar is a perfect addition to your home gym. Bar is made with 63, 800 PSI tensile strength steel with 13 inch knurled gripping areas per side. The compact design of this bar makes it perfect for a home gym.
