Description:
Add our Pro Series Squat Stand to your home gym fitness equipment collection. Complete your strength and conditioning, body weight, and resistance band training in one complete workout unit. The Squat Rack has upright poles that measure 2.35” x 2.35” with 14 levels to attach accessories. We included J hooks, 2 height adjustable pull up bars, weight plate holders with 6 resistance band pegs. One pull up bar is 1” in diameter and the other is 2” in diameter. The pull up bars can be used to do resistance band training and can support suspension cable pulley systems. J hooks are designed to hold our 2” Olympic barbells in place and can support several hundred pounds of weight. By loading weight plates on the Squat Stand itself, it will help anchor the unit to the ground. Resistance band pegs are included so you can supplement weightlifting sessions with recovery type workouts, which will help you keep your muscles loose, relaxed, and lower the lactic acid in your body. We recommend adding our space saving cable attachments to get a fully functional upper body workout. Total weight capacity is 800 pounds.
