Where do I use a Sunco BR30 LED Light Bulb with Selectable CCT? This LED light bulb is designed to screw into E26 sockets (the standard light socket size for most office and household fixtures). Please confirm the power requirements for your light fixture or recessed ceiling can housing. This bulged reflector light bulb fits in 5” or 6” recessed cans. The bulb is dimmable, too. Check for our dimmer lists to find compatible dimmers. With “Selectable CCT” how do I choose white light settings? Tuning allows you to change the warm vs. cool quality of a light to create white light. No app or additional programming is required. Change color temperature with the selectable CCT settings by sliding the switch on the bulb base. See install manual for more detail. What is CCT? The term CCT refers to Correlated Color Temperature. It is a way to measure a light’s warmth or coolness, not its physical temperature. Tuning a light allows you to change the warm vs. cool quality of a light to create the kind of white light you want and need in any room. Absolute color temperature is measured in degrees Kelvin (K). It allows you to describe light quality. The lower the color temperature, the warmer the look; the higher the color temperature, the cooler the look.
