Its lamp shade sits atop a simple yet luxurious Walnut Eucalyptus Wood Finish Stem with stylish brass accents. LONG LASTING AND ENERGY SAVING The Carter LED Floor Lamp burns cool with the included 9.5 watt long-lasting LED light bulb that doesn’t produce heat like the halogen or incandescent lighting of traditional floor lamps. We've included it with the purchase, so that you don't have to go searching separately for a bulb that works with the lamp. Though it shines brightly, this LED bulb uses very little power and will help you save money on your energy bill for years to come. And since it's LED, it has a life expectancy of 15-20 years, so you won't have to replace it any time soon. This floor lamp is made out of the highest quality materials so that your lamp and light bulb will last you for years. The lamp is also compatible with wall switches, smart outlets, and smart bulbs, so after the initial set up and switch on, you can operate it with ease from the couch, the table, or even as you pass by on your way out. THE PERFECT LAMP FOR YOUR HOME OR OFFICE LED LIGHT BULB When you purchase the Carter, you get everything you need for assembly, no other tools needed! Just follow the easy-to-read instructional diagram and you're on your way to a well lit life. We've also included a 9.5 watt power saving LED bulb. It has a natural 3000 Kelvin color temperature with 800 Lumens and the bulb will last for years before it needs to be replaced. Our bulb is not dimmable, but you can switch it out with a dimmable bulb or smart bulb if desired. The bulb base must be an E26 base and it cannot exceed 150 Watts (the maximum watts this lamp can take), but can be any shape. ALEXA AND SMART HOME DEVICES With technology always on the move, we're working to bring the best and brightest to everyone. The Carter works with wall switches, as well Alexa and other smart home devices, but it needs to be connected to a smart plug to work that way. If you do not already have one, you will need to purchase one separately. Once you have the Carter set up and the plug connected to your smart home device, you leave the lamp in the on position and let the technology do the rest. WHAT TO KNOW The Carter weighs about 15 pounds. It is lightweight and very easy to put together. Its base, weighted, with an 11 inch diameter, keeps it sturdy and upright so that it will not tip over. It measures approximately 65 inches tall, and the shade has a diameter of 18 inches and is 9 inches tall. The lamp is operated easily with a simple pull chain located near the socket. It works with 110v - 220v outlets; you would just need to use a plug adapter to use it outside of the US, as the plug is made to fit standard US AC outlets.
