William of Normandy was the catalyst but it was a small bay in East Sussex that held the key. The Limited Edition Swan & Edgar Hand Assembled Pevensey Conquerer Automatic Black men?s watch is inspired by Pevensey Bay where William first landed and set about changing the course of British history. It uses 210 part 20 jewel automatic movement which operates the hands across a raven-black dial that is enhanced by Minutes Day Date and Month Counters. There are details including a proud emblem-like banner which shares similarities with the details found on equipment used in Medieval battles. Its shield-like rectangular Rose Gold IP case is detailed with a Swan & Edgar logo engraved stainless steel caseback while the tar-black bracelet hints at the same chain mail worn by soldiers at the time who gave their life defending their country.
