Adjusting Body Sizes: Using the desired body measurements, begin with the bust measurements.With one hand hold the body form and with the other hand compress the upper white and lower red indicator together located on the front dial marked “AB”.Turn clockwise until the red indicator lines up with bust measurement. Release dial.Follow with adjusting waist size(AW) and hip measurement(AH).Programme sizes on the back panels from top to bottom and then two sides from top to bottom.
