Using the Blanket The blanket is filled with top-grade ceramic beads with even dispersion. About Weight Choose a blanket 8% to 12% of the user’s body weight, i.e. 15lbs blanket is for people of 125 to 170 lbs, 20 lbs blanket for 170 lbs to 250 lbs users.
