Cut a kerf line into the MDF base so that you can clearly see where the saw blade will go when you cut. For larger pieces of wood, this carpentry tool has support wings that come with detachable material support blocks. Everything secures back into place when not in use, so the cutting tools aren't too bulky. This guide rail system is compact enough to be portable if you need a crosscut saw on the go.
