To address this issue, we have summarized the simple installation steps below. Step 1: Turn OFF the water supply valve at the wall next to your toilet. Then Flush the toilet and hold down the handle to completely empty the toilet tank. Step 2: Make sure there is a rubber washer inside the female end. Confirm that the small black rubber washer is inside the top of your bidet’s T-connector (hint: the top of the T-connector is where the swivel nut is). The package includes 1 Brass T-connector, size: 15/16"15/16"9/16". We also understand special sizes may be required. Therefore, we have 2 other replacement sizes available (1/2"1/2"9/16" and 9/16"9/16"9/16") for shipment if the T-connector not compatible. Step 3: Connect the t-connector and the hoses Unscrew the water supply hose, screw the top of the T-connector onto the toilet’s fill valve, and then screw the water supply hose onto the bottom of the t-connector. Connect one end of the bidet hose provided to the side of the t-connector. Step 4: Connect the bidet water inlet & Turn on the water supply Screw the bidet water inlet onto the other end of the bidet hose. ( notice: be careful not to over-tighten the connections.) Turn the water supply valve back on.
