Speeds and range depend on the user, riding habits and terrain. On longer rides, set the convenient cruise control to make those long journeys comfortable. When you do need to charge the Li-Ion battery, it takes approximately 4.5 hours to fully charge it. The SR-5S has 350 watts max power and 500 watts of torque (14.75 ft lbs) via a 36V/7.8 Ah Li-Ion battery pack (30 LG cells). The dual braking system is comprised of a rear disc brake and an electrical brake up front. Feel confident in your ability to stop or slow down quickly and safely when needed. The rapid charge Li-Ion battery and electronics are located in the deck which reduces the center of gravity for a safer more steady ride. The unique pivot, lock folding mechanism greatly reduces steering play by forming a robust joint between the handlebars and front fork. Read more Folding the SR-5S e-scooter Collar in LOCKED position Locate the collar on the steering shaft which should be in the LOCKED position while using the SR-5S. UNLOCKED collar Turn the collar to the UNLOCKED position. Pull up on the collar Apply one foot on the top deck of the SR-5S and push the steering shaft slightly forward while pulling up on the collar. This will help remove some of the tension on the hinge mechanism allowing the collar to be easily lifted.
