The Winco AFPI-12NH is a commercial-grade 12" aluminum fry pan designed to be the workhorse of any kitchen. The hybrid construction bonds a stainless-steel plate to the bottom allowing this skillet to be used with induction, electric and gas heat sources. This skillet is made from heavy-duty 3003 series aluminum alloy designed to withstand daily use in a commercial restaurant kitchen. This 12" skillet features the QUANTUM2® non-stick finish that prevents food from sticking to the pan requiring little to no oil. The QUANTUM2® non-stick finish bonds directly to the aluminum creating a non-stick finish that is highly scratch resistant and superior to consumer-grade non- stick coatings.. The handle is reinforced and riveted in place for a secure grip and long-lasting durability. A hanging hole in the handle allows this skillet to be hung for convenient storage. The ergonomic comfort handle is riveted to the body and features a stay cool sleeve that is heat resistant up to 500°F. Hand wash only. Lid sold separately.
