All backdrop will send by folded,because according to rule of post office, length of item cannot be more than 1.2m. So we have to send items by folded.Below is the ways to removed the creases. 1) Rolled tightly with a cylinder, waiting for 3-4 days. 2) First lay the background face down on the table, then use a cloth about 3MM thick on the wrinkles, then use a steam ironing machine (temperature should not exceed 90 degrees) to ironing evenly, stationary for about a day. 3.We can customized any size for you? 5x3 ft?6x6 ft?5x5 ft 6x9 ft?5x7 ft?9x6 ft 7x5 ft?10x7 ft?10x10 ft also we can print your own picture as backdrop;Double-face backdrop is available for selling; Pls contact with us if you needs. 4.Photography? Backdrop need to keep the distance to take photo. But because the picture is printed to the background cloth needs to be enlarged, few cases may make the background picture look a bit pixelated, but will not affect your use. 5.Color? Normally: Due to the different color calibration of each computer screen, the background screen may be slightly different from the picture display color, but does not affect your use, hope you can understand. 6.Dear Customer?
