Featuring a high-density polyethylene plastic for strength and durability in an attractive neutral color. Handy features include 2 diaper bag/purse hooks and 2 built-in paper liner dispensers (sold separately). A concealed pneumatic cylinder ensures slow, safe, controlled opening and closing. Tested to hold up to 100lbs, designed to hold children up to 50lbs. Due to the variety of installation options, ECR4Kids does not include hardware for installation.
