The first step was to reduce the diameter of the rod from 3 inches to 45 millimeters, to reduce the unnecessary cost, you know, a home awning rod doesn't have to be that thick, 45mm is plenty. The second step thickens the rod, especially at the joints, to an exaggerated thickness of 7 mm to ensure that the rod is not easily bent. The last step is to weld the rings and base directly to the Poles, Also equipped with retractable turnbuckle to make the tent more compact and durable.
