Lightly touch test the microwave booties before use. If not hot enough, increase the next heating cycle by 10 sec. The heated feet warmer can provide 20-30 minutes of moist heat therapy. DO NOT OVER HEAT!! Cold Therapy: Chill the booties in freezer for 4 hours. Expect 8-10 minutes of cold therapy.
