A 10-14" gusset stops anything from leaking through. This underwear gives you full protection for periods, for a full night's sleep. The gusset is our built-in pad that absorbs up to 12 tampons worth of liquid, and extends longer than our underwear styles at 27 - 35.4 cm (depending on size). It’s quick-drying, and the top layer next to the skin is made with modal seaweed fabric.
