Create a moist environment for wounds using Iodosorb antimicrobial wound-healing gel. The dark orange antimicrobial dressing applies onto non-adherent gauze placed over the wound where it forms a protective seal. The cadexomer iodine gel helps tend to cuts scrapes and burns creating moist conditions for enhanced healing. Cadexomer iodine works to absorb fluids and extract exudate from inside the wound. In turn the gel releases iodine in order to neutralize remaining bacteria and dead skin cells. This antimicrobial wound gel helps speed up the healing process and keeps scabs from forming over the wound. The dressing gel turns white in color to indicate that it should be replaced. This wound care gel is sterile for safe use. Each tube contains 10 grams of gel.
