Cloud will terrify your trick-or- treaters with his towering presence, ghoulish blue face, flickering lantern, and deep sinister voice. This scary creature can be hung without movement or assembled on his included stand so his body moves from side to side. This devious ghoul is motion sensor activated up to 6.5 feet and operates on the included UL plug-in adapter.
