The Eaton 277LA-SP 15 Amp Single Pole Combination Commercial Grade Toggle Switch and Pilot Light Switch can control both a pilot light and any other appliance or light in one convenient unit. The thermoplastic toggle, top and backbody are virtually unbreakable to deliver years of durable performance. This device comes with grounding terminal screw standard. The receptacles have triple wipe line contacts and double wipe ground contacts to insure long-term plug retention. Thick steel mounting strap is zinc-plated for enhanced corrosion resistance. This device has a break-off provision for wiring both devices on the same circuit or on separate circuits to improve the flexibility of this device. Terminal screws are backed out and ready for wiring to enhance ease of installation. Side wire terminals accept up to no. 10 solid or stranded wire, the backwire clamps on side terminals provide for easy installation of no. 12 and no. 14 AWG wire and the convenient patented built- in wire stripper speeds up installation. The automatic grounding system eliminates the need for bonding jumper in grounded metal enclosure and provides a redundant measure of ground continuity where a jumper is used. The pilot light may be wired to indicate power "on" or power "off". The tri-combo screw heads offer greater installation flexibility. The switches are horsepower rated for motor loads per UL 20.
