Use the Watch List

Do you want to keep an eye on items that you’ve bid on or want to bid on? On our site and mobile app, you can utilize our Watch List feature to keep track of all the items you want! If you’re someone who bids on a lot of items, this is an easy way to see the status of your bids all in one place. If you aren’t sure about an item or you want to try and get the last bid in before the auction closes, the Watch List is also a great feature for that!

Once an item has been added to your Watch List, you can go to your list to place bids or max bids on the items there. From there, you can see whether you’re winning an item or if you’ve been outbid by someone else. To add an item to your list, simply click on the eye icon if you’re just looking at it from the item list. If you’re on the item page, just click on the button that says “Add To Watch List.”

Enable Notifications

Your Watch List isn’t the only way to keep track of your bids, we also have notifications to help with that! When you login on our web page, you have the option to enable text notifications for when you’ve been outbid on items. On our mobile app, you can enable push notifications for the same feature as well! These are a great way to keep track of your bids if you don’t have time to check your Watch List. This is a fast and easy way to make sure you can win an item that you want.

Subscribe to Emails

Subscribing to our emails is a great way to find some of the best deals on our site! Each week, we send out emails for every region containing products and auctions that are the best of the best. It's a great way to snag some amazing deals on products and brands that you love! Not to mention, you’ll be subscribed to updates regarding our site, mobile app, special promotions and more!

By downloading our mobile app, you’ll be able to find the best deals even quicker! You can place bids with a few taps on your screen. Pick-ups are a breeze when you use the QR code generated in the mobile app for checkout, bringing up all products that are available for pick-up at that location.

Search for Local Auctions via Zip Code Or City

Not sure which locations are closest to you? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! On our site, you can use the zip code search feature to find auctions at locations near your home. All you have to do is simply type in your zip code and select the mile radius, then you’ll be brought to a page with live auctions at various locations that are in your desired search area. It’s as easy as that!

You can also use the “Location” tab on the live auctions page and pick your desired states or locations using the checkboxes. That will automatically show all the auctions at your desired locations, making your browsing experience much easier!

Use Filters to Find What You Want

Our “Category” tab is an easy way to look for particular auctions in one place. Currently, our site has 14 different categories to choose from when looking for auctions to bid on. Each category shows all auctions pertaining to that search from all locations. You can narrow that down further by using the “Locations” tab as well. You can also choose auction end dates to find ones that are ending sooner or ending later. It’s a quick and easy way to find exactly what you’re looking for when browsing through auctions!

Use Your Bidder Credit

Bidder Credit is often given as a choice for receiving refunds on items. It’s also occasionally awarded as part of any promotions, contests, or giveaways that we have! Bidder Credit is a great way to save money, especially if you find an item that you really want or need. To check if you have Bidder Credit on your account, simply go to your account details where you will see your available balance. Once you win an item, your Bidder Credit will automatically be used first before the remainder is charged on your card.
