Terms and Conditions for BidFTA Online Auctions Giveaway

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or older, except employees of BidFTA Online Auctions or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway.

Participants must comply with the entry requirements outlined on the giveaway page (https://shop.bidfta.com/12daysofgiveaways/).

Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by BidFTA Online Auctions, located at 8485 Broadwell Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45244. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).

Entry Period

The giveaway begins on 12.12.2024 and ends on 12.24.2024 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

• Follow the instructions provided in the giveaway announcement (e.g., follow our account, subscribe to SMS marketing, tag a friend, or any other specific steps).
• Limit of [1] entry per person unless otherwise specified. Multiple entries from the same person may result in disqualification.

Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 24 hours after the Entry Period ends.
• The winner(s) will be notified via email from promos@bidfta.com within 1 day and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize.
• An alternate winner may be selected if a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within the specified time.

Prizes

• The prize(s) include: 12 mystery gifts and bidder credit. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the sponsor's discretion. Prizes are non-transferable.
• Any expenses related to the prize, including taxes, without limitation, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Publicity Release

By entering, participants agree to allow BidFTA Online Auctions to use their name, likeness, entry, and any accompanying content for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Disqualification

• Entries containing inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content will be disqualified.
• Use of fraudulent methods or circumventing the rules will result in disqualification.

General Conditions

• BidFTA Online Auctions reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity or fairness.
• BidFTA Online Auctions is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures or other reasons.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless BidFTA Online Auctions and its affiliates from any liability or claims arising from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Disputes

• The laws of Ohio govern this giveaway without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Hamilton County.

Privacy

Participant information collected during the giveaway will only be used in accordance with BidFTA Online Auctions' privacy policy.
